Method of payment
We deliver worldwide after receipt of payment by credit card via PayPal or bank transfer.

Delivery time
Normally shipment occurs via post within 2 working days.

Zone 1: Delivery time within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 3-4, to Germany and Austria 4-8 working days.
Zone 2: Other EU-countries. Delivery time is generally 4-12 working days.
Zone 3: Rest of the world. Delivery time is generally 6-21 working days.

In exceptional cases and with engraved cases or cases with Swarovski Crystals, the preparation time can take up to two weeks. Should any delivery delays occur, we will promptly advise you.

Delivery costs
The exact costs are calculated during the check-out process.
We offer free shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the shipping price for standard-delivery within Europe is CHF 4.90. (incl. VAT)
